Shipping policy

Welcome to Euphorik Streetwear! To ensure we maintain the highest quality standards, all of our garments are made to order. This means your item is custom printed, cut, and finished specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because every piece is crafted individually, our delivery timeline is divided into two phases: Fulfillment (Production) and Shipping (Transit).

1. Production & Fulfillment Time

  • Standard Production: Orders are typically printed and packed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an automated email notification the moment your order leaves our production facility and hits the mail.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once production is complete, your package is handed off to the carrier. Shipping rates are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout. We offer the following estimated transit windows:

  • United States Standard Shipping: 7 to 12 business days
  • United States Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe Standard Shipping: 6 to 10 business days
  • Canada & Australia Standard Shipping: 7 to 12 business days
  • Rest of the World International Standard: 10 to 30 business days

Note on Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple pieces, they may occasionally be finished in separate production batches. If this happens, your items will arrive in separate packages so you get them as fast as possible. You will receive unique tracking links for each package at no additional cost.


3. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking system to update and display transit movement.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)

For orders shipped outside the United States, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local VAT applied by your destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Changes & Corrections

Because our system automatically routes your order directly to our automated printing pipeline, we cannot modify shipping addresses or cancel orders once production has begun.
